Details of upcoming events can be found by following the Calendar link where you can simply view the calendar or down load and print both our Tuesday evening meets list and our Weekend meets list.

Tuesday nights in the summer we always visit a local crag - See the calendar for the next meet - and there is, in theory, always someone there to meet and greet potential new members.

Better still e-mail the club secretary and he will arrange for someone to meet you. You never know you may even get a lift.

Email the Club Secretary

Our message board is an easy to use public message board that is very popular with many of the members. Topics range from climbing buddies wanted to who left the solitary boot in the hut last weekend. Why not visit the Message Board and start a conversation.

Members can be found climbing all over the world - This shot is from Norway

Regular climbing in the Peak District with like minded folk

Originally begun in 1978 by a small group of local friends, many of whom are still members, the club has thrived over the years and is always on the lookout for new members.

So, whether you’re new to climbing, looking to move from indoor walls to the great outdoors or an experienced climber who simply wants to meet like minded people then come along and join us.
